Controlled trial of GepaSorbex on fattening young pigs
Trial design
90 head (Large White × Landrace, Maxter terminal line boar), three groups of 30. Control — basic diet. Group 2 — basic diet + 0.15% commercial analogue adsorbent. Group 3 — basic diet + 0.15% GepaSorbex.
About the feed
Laboratory analysis classified the feed as slightly toxic for aflatoxin B1 (≤0.05 µg/kg), ochratoxins (≤0.1–0.4 µg/kg) and zearalenone (≤0.25 µg/kg).

Many sorbents bind not only mycotoxins but vitamins too. This is a measured effect, not a marketing claim.
In the GepaSorbex group, serum retinol, tocopherol and 25-hydroxycholecalciferol remained within the biological reference interval in both periods. In the control group, retinol fell 27.7% below the minimum of the interval.

The mineral sorption system. The layered bentonite-montmorillonite structure binds mycotoxins in the gut and reduces their bioavailability.
Sets the hepatoprotective direction of the product. Supports hepatocyte resilience, antioxidant balance and cell membrane integrity.
Cell walls interact with unwanted substances in the gut lumen, complementing mineral sorption and supporting the microbiota.
Balance to 100% according to the approved formulation and the applicable raw material documentation.
