2. Data we process
When you submit the consultation form, we may receive your name, telephone number, email address, farm or organisation, selected topic and message. We use this information to handle the enquiry, contact you and maintain necessary business communications.
During an ordinary visit, the hosting and content infrastructure may technically process an IP address, request time, page address, browser type and other security logs. Public videos, PDFs and partner materials may be delivered through the connected content-storage infrastructure.
The protected owner studio processes credentials and session data only for authorised content administration. It is not intended for visitors to the public website.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The website stores your privacy choice in the browser’s local storage. Optional categories are off by default. If analytics or marketing tools are added in the future, they must load only after the relevant consent has been given.
| Technology | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| vsp_privacy_choices (local storage) | Remembers the selected consent categories | Up to 6 months |
| Owner-studio session | Authentication and secure content management; /admin/ only | Until the session ends |
| Analytics / marketing | Not active in the current version | Not applicable |
4. Purposes and legal bases
Depending on the situation, we process data to respond to an enquiry and take steps at your request, for legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, to meet legal obligations, or on the basis of consent. Consent applies to optional technologies and can be withdrawn as easily as it was given.
We apply the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. Where relevant to a particular processing activity or visitor, we also take account of the EU/EEA GDPR and ePrivacy rules, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and other applicable requirements.
5. Service providers and international transfers
We may use providers of hosting, secure content storage and delivery, authentication, email delivery and technical support. These include Netlify and Supabase infrastructure and, when configured, an email-delivery service for form messages. Data is shared only to the extent needed for that service. If data is processed outside your country, legally required transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards are used where applicable.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the stated purposes, contracts, legal duties, dispute resolution and protection of legitimate interests. The exact period depends on the enquiry and applicable requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, although no transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent and complain to the competent supervisory authority. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Changes to this information
We may update this page when website functions, providers or legal requirements change. The latest revision date appears above.
